School Age Child Care
TCCES offers School Age Child Care (SACC) from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. For more information about SACC or to register for the SACC program, click HERE.
Volunteers
Families are encouraged to actively participate at TCCES. All volunteers who have contact with the children must complete a background check and attend a Protecting God’s Children workshop. Please call the school office for more information or see the Volunteer Handbook.
Tuition
TCCES offers several ways to save on tuition costs. For more informationabout tuition assistance, click HERE.
Parents and family members can also earn tuition credits through participation in the SCRIP buying program. To learn more about signing up for SCRIP, click HERE.
Unless other arrangements are made, all families must establish a FACTS account for payment of tuition. FACTS can also be used to apply for tuition assistance and pay cafeteria fees. To establish a FACTS account, click HERE.

Tuscarawas Central Catholic Elementary School has 125 students enrolled in grades K through 6 as of October 31, 2020.
Background check policy:
All paid staff must have on file both BCI and FBI background checks and must attend “Protecting God’s Children.” All volunteers must have on file a BCI background check and must attend “Protecting God’s Children” no matter how much or how little contact they have with children or youth, no matter if volunteering for the school or parish, and no matter what time of the day or night they volunteer.
