All families must establish a FACTS account. FACTS is used to maintain student records including emergency medical information. In your FACTS Family Portal, you can also see student progress reports, report cards, school news, calendars and more. FACTS is also used for payment of tuition. Parents have the option of using FACTS to pay cafeteria fees. Here are instructioins to set-up your account: FACTS IINSTRUCTIONS.
Once established, you can access your account at www.factsmgt.com. Please make sure you have completed all sections of two forms in FACTS. The forms can be found by clicking on WEB FORMS on the left-hand side of your Family Portal page.

School Age Child Care
TCCES offers School Age Child Care (SACC) from 7:10 am to 5:30 pm. For more information about SACC or to register for the SACC program, click HERE.
Volunteers
Families are encouraged to participate actively at TCCES. Volunteers can earn a small tuition credit. All volunteers with contact with the children must complete a background check and attend a Protecting God’s Children workshop. Please call the school office for more information or see the Volunteer Handbook.
Tuition
Tuition for kindergarten-sixth grade for the 2023-24 school year is $6,165.
TCCES offers several ways to save on tuition costs. For more information about tuition assistance, click HERE. We participate in the Ohio EdChoice Scholarship Program, which offers scholarships based on family income. For an EdChoice application packet, click HERE. If a family does not qualify for an EdChoice Scholarship, the family can apply for locally provided tuition assistance by completing an application through FACTS. Please contact the school for more information.
Parents and family members can also earn tuition credits through participation in the Raised Right buying program.

Tuscarawas Central Catholic Elementary School has 143 students enrolled in grades K through 6 as of August 15, 2023.
Background check policy:
All paid staff must have both BCI and FBI background checks on file and attend “Protecting God’s Children.” All volunteers must have on file a BCI background check and must attend “Protecting God’s Children” no matter how much or how little contact they have with children or youth, no matter if volunteering for the school or parish, and no matter what time of the day or night they volunteer.
